Preheat oven to 220C fan force.
Add 1 tbs of oil to a small baking dish, layer potato (if in your ingredients) and dot with butter. Add garlic, cherry tomatoes, beans and zucchini and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, layer fish on top of vegetables, scatter over capers and olives if you have any remaining oil drizzle over the dish and season with salt & pepper.
Cover baking dish with foil and bake for another 7 minutes. Remove foil and bake for a further 8 minutes, or until fish is cooked.
Using the back of a fork roughly mash cherry tomatoes in baking dish to form a sauce, scatter with fresh basil leaves and serve.
