Thai Basil Beef Stir Fry

Note: If rice noodles are in your ingredients cook noodles according to packet instructions. If not then skip to step 2

Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil and heat until hot. Cook beef until browned and cooked. Remove from wok and set aside in a warm place.

Add capsicum and broccolini to wok and cook for a few minutes until just beginning to soften. Return beef to wok with fish sauce, drained rice noodles and 12 basil leaves and cook for another minute until combined and warmed through.

Serve with lime juice, extra basil leaves, red chilli and shallots.
