Heat oil in a non-stick frypan over medium heat. Add onions and saute for a few minutes.
Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine minces, paprika, salt, garlic and mix well. Form little sausage shapes and set aside.
Once onion is golden, scrape to side of pan and cook sausages for 4-5 minutes, turning only once or twice to cook evenly.
Toss cucumber, tomatoes, dill and lemon juice and season with salt & pepper. Serve with cevaps, ajvar sauce and fried onion.
