Snez's Broccoli & Chickpea Salad

In a pot of boiling salted water, blanch broccoli florets for 1-2 minutes. Drain. (Or place in a bowl and cover with boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain.)

In a bowl, combine broccoli with chickpeas, add chilli and toss with dressing. Serve with ricotta and scatter with almonds.
