Heat oil, onion, garlic, anchovies, chilli and paprika in a heavy-based saucepan over medium heat and cook for a few minutes, or until onions have softened.
Add vinegar, tomatoes, 1/2 cup of water and capsicum and simmer for 10 minutes. Adjust seasonings.
Add marinara mix and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until seafood is just cooked.
Squeeze over lime and scatter remaining fresh coriander to serve.
