Sauteed Mushrooms & Cream Cheese on Bruschetta

Heat butter in a non stick frypan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes, stirring only once or twice. Add 2 tbs water, season with salt & pepper, stir well, scraping any caramelised bits from the pan and continue to cook until water has evaporated.

Toast bread, then rub toast with cut side of garlic. Spread with cream cheese, top with mushrooms and thyme leaves to serve.
