Blanch the green beans in a pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Refresh in cold water. (Or place beans in a bowl and cover with boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain and refresh.)
Place cabbage in a bowl and drizzle over dressing and toss. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes for dressing to soften the cabbage. Toss beans with cabbage and lentils (if in your ingredients) then sprinkle with goat's cheese, walnuts and sesame seeds.
