Heat a small frypan over medium heat, add sesame seeds and toast lightly for 1-2 minutes then remove from pan.
In same frypan cook tofu over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Remove tofu from pan and place into a bowl with tamari.
Meanwhile prepare salad ingredients. Using a spiraliser or mandolin finely shred the salad ingredients.
Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl. You can add 1 tbs of water if the dressing is too thick.
Combine all the ingredients and toss with the dressing. Garnish with sesame seeds to serve.
