Quinoa Porridge with Banana & Walnut

Heat one cup milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, then add quinoa, stirring well. Simmer until liquid has been absorbed, or approximately 15 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in rice malt syrup and blueberries then top with banana and walnuts. Add extra milk to serve if desired.


Note: This breakfast is best made as two serves. Freeze the second portion or use it as a snack.
