Place the almond meal, coconut, sesame seeds, walnuts, almond butter, tahini, vanilla and honey into a bowl and mix well.
Roll mixture into balls, about one tablespoon per ball. Roll the balls into the sesame seed mixture.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to three weeks, or in the freezer for up to two months.
