Preheat oven to 200°C. In a bowl, combine miso, mustard, now teapsoon of sesame oil and 2 teaspoons of coconut aminos and coat tofu with mixture. Set aside and allow to marinate for 5-10 minutes.
On a lined oven tray, place tofu and cook for 15-20 minutes or until it begins to brown. Baste with marinade mixture a few times whilst cooking.
Meanwhile toast sesame seeds in a dry hot fry pan until they start to brown. Remove from the pan quickly and set aside.
Combine remaining sesame oil and coconut aminos.
Lightly steam vegetables. Place in a bowl and whilst still warm, toss with sesame oil and coconut aminos. Scatter over sesame seeds and serve with tofu.
