Grilled Haloumi with Greek Salad

Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle pan to medium-high heat and grill haloumi slices for a couple minutes each side until golden.

To prepare the salad, place all salad ingredients into a bowl and toss until combined. Serve with grilled haloumi, season with salt & pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
