Preheat oven to 180 C.
For the crackers, place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender until thoroughly combined.
Remove the dough and form a ball with your hands. Place the ball between two sheets of baking paper and roll out to your desired thickness.
Transfer the top sheet of baking paper to a large baking tray.
Cut small squares from your dough, the size of a large stamp. Transfer the squares onto the baking tray, which is now lined with paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden, checking and turning half way. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
To make guacamole, blend all ingredients to your desired consistency. Serve with crackers.
