Preheat oven grill. Heat oil in a large oven-proof frying pan over medium heat. Coat top of salmon fillets with dukkah.
Add salmon fillets to pan, skin side down, and cook on one side for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer pan to oven and grill for a couple minutes until dukkah is golden brown and salmon is cooked. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm until ready to serve.
