Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, rice malt syrup, vanilla and almonds in an airtight container, stir thoroughly and soak overnight. You may need to check on it once or twice and stir again.

Divide between two jars or glasses and top with cacao nibs, coconut and raspberries.
