Combine 2 tsp of miso, garlic and 2 tsp of sesame oil and marinate chicken.
Gently toss wombok, carrot and spring onion in a bowl.
Heat a fry pan over high heat and cook chicken for 5-8 minutes until golden and cooked.
To make dressing combine lime juice, yoghurt, chilli, 1 tbs oil, and 2 tsp of miso.
To serve toss salad with dressing and divide between two bowls. Top with chicken and scatter over sesame seeds.
