Breakfast Quinoa with Banana & Blueberries

Note: This breakfast is best made as 2 serves. You can freeze the second portion or use it as a snack.

Rinse quinoa in a sieve with cold water.

Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, then stir quinoa into milk. Simmer until liquid has been absorbed, between 10-15 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in maple syrup, blueberries and extra milk (if desired), then top with banana and walnuts.
