Heat oil in a fry pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken breasts 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked.

While chicken is cooking, place peas in a bowl and cover with boiling water for a few minutes. Drain and refresh in cold water.

Shave the zucchini into ribbons using a vegetable peeler. Toss in a bowl with peas, basil, olive oil, lemon juice and top with parmesan. Serve with chicken once cooked.
