Place egg in saucepan of cold water and bring to boil until cooked to your liking, around 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat a non-stick frying pan and pan fry the asparagus for a couple of minutes until just tender and set aside.

In a bowl, toss asparagus with tomatoes, spinach and peas with dressing, then serve with boiled egg and sliced avocado in a wrap (only applicable if it's in your ingredients.)
