Ingredients
- 100 g acai berry (frozen) available at health food stores in tubs or sachets
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1/2 cup(s) frozen blueberries
- 30 ml coconut milk just enough to mix the fruit and still be thick
- 2 tablespoon toasted muesli or granola (gluten-free if required)
- 2 teaspoon goji berries optional
- 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
- 1 tablespoon frozen blueberries extra to serve & defrosted
- 1 tablespoon frozen raspberries extra to serve & defrosted
Directions
Please all ingredients except the toppings in a blender. Start the blender on slow setting whilst slowly adding the milk.
When evenly blended, scoop acai into a serving bowl and top with granola, shaved coconut, goji berries and extra fruit.
